Sometimes a major health condition may develop during the current DOT medical card time frame that may change the drivers ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle (examples Diabetes, HTN, heart attack). If this happens the person may need another exam to return to work

Cancellation Policy

This business performs onsite DOT physicals only. We DO NOT perform HOME visits. DOTs are done at the site of work and scheduled through the company
